  • ERS Management has handled my company's portfolio of approximately 40 properties since 2011 and have done an outstanding job. They have found quality tenants in a timely fashion, handled all repairs small and large (even roof replacements), and are easy to communicate with. I've never felt gouged by any of their repair costs. They have provided insight to mortgage lenders, made us aware of additional investments that are available that fit our investment criteria, and handled all legal issues for evictions; they even acted as a POA when I couldn't make it in state for a closing, due to military obligations. I'd highly recommend if you have investments in the area, or looking to expand into a new market.
